BBC Repeats

I see that the 'Labour luvvy lefty actorrrr collective' have co-signed a letter in The Observer, defending the unique funding of Gordon Brown's Broadcasting Channel. On closer inspection the list of taxpayer funded Labour propaganda unit BBC supporters appears to be full of..... errr..... repeats:

*Jo Brand, Peter Capaldi, Harry Enfield, Richard Eyre, Stephen Frears, Eddie Izzard, Catherine Tate, Liane Aukin, John Barrowman, Sanjeev Bhaskar, Hugh Bonneville, Jo Brand, Peter Capaldi, Jo Brand, Peter Capaldi, Phil Collinson, Peter Davison, Harry Enfield, Sir Richard Eyre, Simon Fanshawe, Stephen Frears, Nicci French, Romola Garai, Claire Goose, Michelle Hanson, Charlie Higson, Eddie Izzard, Ashley Jensen, Terry Jones, Kathy Lette, Roger Lloyd Pack, Peter Kay, Stephen Mangan, Tony Marchant, Alastair McGowan, Stephen Merchant, Roger Michell, David Mitchell, David Nicholls, Steve Pemberton, Piers Plowright, Jan Ravens, Tony Robinson, Nicola Shindler, Meera Syal, Catherine Tate, Ken Taylor, David Tennant, Rhys Thomas, Harriet Walter, Robert Webb, Arabella Weir, Sam West, Richard Wilson, Susan Woolridge, Stewart Wood

You couldn't fucking well make it up.

Why don't you actorrr areswipes just fuck off back to your chablis and your la-dee-fucking-dar Notting Hill knobhead friends and go and hug a twatting tree or something.

I said, why don't you actorrr areswipes just fuck off back to your chablis and your la-dee-fucking-dar Notting Hill knobhead friends and go and hug a twatting tree or something. (do you see what I did there ;-))

Righteous cunts.

It has been observed that "Sir" Richard Eyre was knighted in the time it took to type 15 names. For the rest of us, 15 TV licence fee reminders turn up in that time.

From the article:
"To attack the BBC is to devalue our national culture as a whole"

I'll attack Sky in a similarly "un-British" fashion when they ping signals into my house without my consent then send heavies when I don't pay.

BBC = extortionate, unethical cunts.

Well said CS.
The BBC have evolved into nothing more than another one of New Labour's tax collectors.

Fuck 'em!

Why do people who in other contexts would proudly describe themselves as "liberal" want to compel people to pay for a broadcasting organisation? It's like compelling people to buy the guardian newspaper whether they read it or not or whether they agree with it's values or not. The idea should be anathema to liberals.

I'll send them last year's Licence-Fee cheque again.

If they can do repeats, so can I.

Is this not all covered by the immortal phrase:
"Well they would, wouldn't they."

I loathe the BBC. It actually used to have some decent programmes, but those days are long gone. Look at the farce that Question Time has become - hand-picked audiences who all have the same opinions, and a panel invariably made up of gay historians, African revisionist historians, with a token "right-winger" thrown in for "balance" (who are usually ridiculed and patronised quite blatantly).

The Nick Griffin episode was a classic example.

I would not cross the street to see anyone on the list, infact if you had asked me to make a list of the bastards who would sign it i would have picked this lot.

Isn't it time that we all put pressure on the odious BBC, to stop using these same vile New Labour luvvies, in every alleged parody show that they ever produce?

I can genuinely say that I've never laughed at any of their so called luvvies, because they're simply not funny.

Fucking End of.

Isn't that supposed to be a major stipulation in classing yourself as a bastard Comedian?

You can't pressure on the BBC DAC because it is, quite literally, a law unto itself, and you'll fucking pay whether you like or not.

I want to stop the licence fee altogether, not just drop it or give some to other broadcasters.

This is where the Tories fuck me off. Why don't they just say they will scrap the licence fee? Either take the money from general taxation or make them make it themselves.

This lot BTW probably are shitting themselves as the BBC are their bread and butter. Cunts like that ugly, illiterate, fat unfunny munter Jo Brand would disappear without the BBC.

The BBC is funded like a Lettebox tax would be to fund junk-mail.
