LiarPoliticians2, who posted this video, has been having problems with the Press Association and YouTube. His account was deleted together with 3,200 videos. He won his case but the videos are gone forever. He obviously hasn't heard about EyeTube yet.

Following on from the Wikileaks DNS problems with the freedom of speech police and their successful website resurrection, I now see that Alex Jones of InfoWars fame has been having fun and games with Google. A couple of days ago they put a 'freeze' on his YouTube account but after what he describes as a 'media storm', Google have now reversed their decision.

Result!

It just goes to show once again that the government, any government, just don't fucking get it. When are they going to realise that it's impossible to control freedom of speech on the internet.

Where there is a will, there is always a way.

It appears that Wikileaks now has a new website address following the decision by Everydns.net to withdraw its DNS support. The new address is Wikileaks.ch However, free speech does have a number  and if the new website address should also disappear you can still access Wikileaks via its IP address of http://88.80.13.160/

New Independent Video Site For Bloggers

Thank fuck it's Friday again and thank fuck I don't have to upload my videos to YouTube anymore, only to have them banned on the whim of some lefty, freedom of speech fucking, UAF fuckmong or other.

Following a recent post on the subject and many more hours of work by ASE, and his helpful band of testers, our brand new independent video site is now available to anyone who would like to upload, view and embed videos without fear of interruption from the freedom fucking thought police.

EyeTube will have a policy of free speech. Of course this works both ways....if your work is insulted or has a complete new arsehole ripped out in the comments, you'll be stunned how little the Administrators* will give a fuck. You may even find that they've joined in!

Colin Montgomerie Pics Whip Up A Frenzy

I don't normally get involved in minor celebrity gossip but after watching Kelvin MacKenzie banging on about some Colin Montgomerie 'super injunction' or other, on Sky News last night, I thought I'd make a couple of calls and do a bit of digging around. Mainly because I'm sick to fucking death of this latest trend where well healed transgressors are able to curtail the freedom of speech via the back door.

So, this latest 'super injunction' has been apparently (because we're not even supposed to know it exists) taken out against Paula Tagg. Her relationship began with Colin Montgomerie Mrs Doubtfire sometime in 2006, wedged between the divorce from his first wife and an alleged affair with Joanne Baldwin, during his second marrige to Gaynor Knowles. Fuck me, it's no wonder Colin's golf has gone down the twatting pan with all that extra curricular activity. (add suitable golf joke here .... ball in hand, birdie, ball cleaners, hole in one, 3 wood etc., etc.)

Anyhow, the injunction specifically forbids Paula Tagg (or The News of the World for that matter) from releasing any information about sexual acts or any other information recorded in the form of a photo, still or moving image. Paula Tagg is also barred from confirming the existence of any such images. (S&M or otherwise)

Just thought you'd like to know.

So ..... moving on, and in totally unrelated matters, I watched one of my all time favourite films last night ..... Pulp Fiction.  I must have seen it about 20 times and it never ceases to entertain and amuse me, all apart from that one scene of course. You know the one. Full on gimp mask, rubber ball in the mouth, whips, dog collar and dominatrix. All very gross and to think that there are some people out there who do that sort of thing for enjoyment.

To say that I was completely fucking stunned when I read this post, by a previously anonymous blogger, would  probably be an understatement. Has Guido finally become a member of the establishment that, at one time, he so vehemently opposed? A hypocrite or even a media whore like Iain Dale? Could this really be true of a fellow blogger who was one of the very reasons (along with OH) that I started my own blog, to exercise my right to Freedom of Speech.

So, what does the new law that Guido so joyously announced, really mean for the long term future of anonymous bloggers? Is it, ultimately, the beginning of the end for offensive cunts like me? Has the Government unwittingly been handed a tool which will enable them to control the blogosphere?

I was beginning to think that maybe I was being a tad over sensitive to the situation just because I have a reputation for being a tad offensive from time to time. However, judging by a subsequent post here and the recent nominations for Guido here, it appears that I am not the only one beginning to have doubts.

To be honest, I really don't fucking know anymore.

G.O.T. An Announcement

It appears that I am being dicked around by somebody who would prefer that I didn't have any access to the internet at the moment. Fortunately I have now managed to rig up a temporary connection to Blogger, using 2 rusty old baked bean cans and a rather long length of piano wire just so that I can bring you this news.

I don't know what the fuck is going on but it's either BT or my ISP, both of whom say everything is fine, or it's something a little more sinister. Not that I'm paranoid.

Am I?

Phone lines have been red hot to the call centres, you know the ones, and all they are doing is fucking me around from pillar to post and back again. 

In the meantime though I'm one stroke short of being fucked although  thanks to a little bit of G.O.T. resolve I can now pick up emails and comments.

If anyone out there knows how I can try and tackle this then I would be grateful for your advice, as long as it doesn't involve a large rusty inanimate object and my arse!

Hope to be back soon but fuck knows when.
