No More YouTube Censorship

Following my latest run-in with the freedom of speech fucking fucktards at YouTube, ASE did an excellent post outlining just the kind of thing that (ahem) seemingly outspoken people like me are up against. Here's a quote from one of the sites that scour YouTube looking for anything remotely anti Islam:

"Peace be upon you. Our goal is to remove all videos that spread lies about Islam and makes fun of our belief..... flag them everyday until all videos are removed"

That was from a site called Flag4Islam.

Then of course we have the likes of Andrew Gatward, a government funded UAF troll, who spends hours lurking around YouTube using his dozen or so false identities to deliberately flag up anything that he personally takes offence to. So, just to balance things up a bit, here's a video of him on YouTube where we can see his performance as a steroid abusing wrestler prior to becoming a bitter and twisted commie cripple due to constant drug abuse .......

BUT we have decided to do something constructive about all these freedom fucking video deletion antics ...... the solution is our very own, totally independent, video upload and broadcast website. Yes that's right! ASE has been busy beavering away with bits of code, and other techy things that I haven't got a fucking clue about, and has put together an excellent, purpose made video site where you can open an account and post without fear of censorship or deletion. That's because we are in charge ... and no-one else.

This exciting new site, although now fully functional, still needs a little fettling before it's unleashed onto the blogosphere in general ... so we'd like to do a little more testing. Therefore, we'd like to invite 4 or 5 regular readers (preferably people who are likely to make use of the new upload facility) to have a sneak preview, give it a thorough work out, see if there are any problems  and, hopefully, provide us with some constructive feedback.

If you are interested in taking part in the trial, please let me know as soon as possible in the comments or via my usual email address.  I will then get in contact and give you all the details that you need to get testing.

Sky News Is Shit

So they say, and "Sack Kay Burley, watch the BBC", are the chants from protesters, during a live broadcast on Sky News this afternoon. Who are these protesters and why are they doing it? Have a look at the following clip and keep an eye open for the placards in the background. That'll give you a clue.

'Fair Votes Now'. Yes, that's right. The very same people who were involved with the protest outside the LibDem meeting in Smith Square today. The very same people that were part of the #takeitback demonstration, that confronted Nick Clegg, insisting that Proportional Representation is included with any Conservative Party negotiations. Now why would that be? And who is that woman interviewed during the demonstration, by the BBC?

Her name is Pam Giddy, she is a director of Power 2010. You remember them don't you? They're were the supposedly democratic reform group that contacted everyone in the right wing blogosphere, telling us to get involved. Pam Giddy's boss is Helena Kennedy, a good friend of Julia Middleton. Yes, she of Common Purpose infamy. Then there's the 'old friend' of the conservative and libertarian blogosphere, Neil Lees (aka UKFightback), a UAF and New Labour communist who is also heavily involved in Power 2010. Here's a screen grab of a comment that he left on this post today:

Two other names of note, that are associated with Power 2010, are Billy Bragg and BBC reporter fuckwit Robert Peston. 'Nuff said. Oh, and Billy Bragg was also clearly visible at the 'Fair Votes Now' demo, today. Since when has that lefty fucktard been a LibDem then? 

So where does that leave us?

In conclusion, I'm going to stick my neck out and say this......... it is a blatant and well co-ordinated attempt by the Labour Party, and their supporters, to deliberately disrupt the 'hung parliament' discussions between the LibDem's and Conservatives. They are hoping to force the issue on PR, hoping the talks will break down due to the fact that Gordon Brown has already offered it and David Cameron is very reluctant.

As for Sky, we all know that the the Labour left have a mutual hate for all things Rupert Murdoch and the BBC aren't going to complain either. After all, David Cameron wants to abolish the licence fee, doesn't he?

As for me, I would like to see true Democracy in this country and some sort of PR must surely be the way to go, but at the price of jumping into bed with lefty commo fuckwits? I don't fucking think so.

However, there are always two sides to an arguement and OH has a very different opinion on the matter.

More Proof That Deborah Arnott Is Bad For Your Health

Last night I posted up a piece which was, in part, about the social isolation and disintegration that I thought the smoking ban was causing. This evening, among the responses, there was the following anonymous message:


I am getting too old to stand outside pubs or restaurants. Plus I was taught that it was only 'ladies of the night' that stood in the street smoking.


I have been 3 years away from any social contact other than the odd hello with neighbours.


Being a widow with no family it was always going to be hard to get back into some semblance of normality with regard to socialising, but I didn't think that it would be this bad.


I used to meet up in a cafeteria with some lady friends, but now that has stopped as a few of the ladies were smokers and didn't want to stand in the street to have a cigarette.


I went to a quiz night at the local pub as there were quite a few elderly 'singles' there. That has stopped. I also playe bingo once a week and that too has stopped as there is no pleasure in having a drink there with no cigarette.


I am now on anti depressants and wish that I had the courage to kill myself and join my dear husband.


Thank you politicians for making my life not worth living after working from age 14 until 68. I am now 74 and have lost my soul and will to live in this lonely place.


Nothing needs to be added. Here in a nutshell is the social devastation caused by the smoking ban. It falls most heavily, of course, on the elderly.


I think these stories must be told. There must be thousands upon thousands - millions even - of people all over the country, and all over the world, in much the same situation. People who had their social lives destroyed. People who have become profoundly isolated and depressed as a consequence of smoking bans.


Our politically correct news media will never report any of it. They won't report it because for them smokers are non-persons, people who don't count. So it's only going to be on blogs like mine that such people are going to find a voice.


So I'd like to appeal to my readers, particularly the elderly (65-70+) and vulnerable ones like my anonymous commenter, to write to me to describe their personal experiences of the smoking ban. I'm interested in younger readers' experiences as well, of course.


And I'd like to ask readers if they know any elderly and vulnerable people who may have become isolated. Phone them up! Pop round and see them! Ask them how life has been for them. Get them to tell their story.


I'm sure there are thousands and thousands of horror stories out there, that need telling, and which antismokers would prefer never get told at all. When the stories start being told - and they will be told -, they might begin to feel ashamed of what they've done.

Emails are welcome from all over the world, but since this a UK blog, non-UK writers should give some indication where they are, and what sort of ban is in force where they live.

National Identity Cards

Whoopee fucking doo!

National Identity Cards are available in London from today for all our 18-24 year old citizens. The ID cards are still not compulsory yet BUT if you want a passport, you've got to have a card. 80% of people have a passport.

So, why don't you rush off and get your cards here, and sign your fucking life away, all for the bargain price of just £30.

What? No takers.

Can't say that I blame you. They're so obviously useless in Manchester, where the ID cards were rolled out last year.

Ain't life in Big Brother Britain grand eh ;-)

very talented Lawson Narse who suggests that Gordon Brown (get outta town) and YouTube may well be needing this by the time the blogosphere have finished fucking with them!

Can't fault you there my friend and I fancy that the unelected ring reamer may well be needing it sooner rather than later, once he realises that someone has hacked into his YouTube channel and posted THAT banned video on it!
