Phil Woolas Found Guilty But Will He Lose His Seat?

The front bench Labour MP, Phil Woolas, has been found guilty of illegal practices during last May's general election. He has now been barred from the House of Commons for three years, triggering a by-election in his constituency of Oldham East and Saddleworth.

However, the corrupt and gaffe prone dishonourable member cock has announced that he is seeking a judicial review. No fucking surprise there then. The problem here is that John Bercow, the slimy, two faced, speaker cock wart of the House of Commons, is responsible for making the ultimate decision as to whether a by-election will take place before or after any such judicial review.

Well ... we won't hold our fucking breath then.

Incidentally, no word yet as to whether we can expect Woolas to be hung from a lampost, with pianowire, and then have his head removed and stuck on a spike outside Traitors' Gate ... if his judicial review should be unsuccessful.

Shame.

I trust Woolas & not us taxpayers, will pay all the costs of the re-election.

If that cunt Woolas gets off on a judicial review ... and that cunt Sgt. Mark Andrews gets off on a re-trial ... and that cunt of a police marksman with his song titles and swearing in court gets no retribution ... then there can be no doubt whatsoever that the ONLY solution to our problems involves many yards of piano-wire.

If the bent bastard has been found guilty .. why is he still walking the streets ?

He can still apply for his farcical Judicial review from the inside of a cell ..

How on earth can Woolas possibly not lose his seat ? ..

He's been banned from Parliament for 3 years & is therefore unable to fulfil his role & obligations as an MP ..

If he were, for example .. a bus driver, convicted of drink/drive & banned for 3 years, he'd undoubtedly lose his job ..

And, because the Parliamentary ban on Woolas is as a direct consequence of his own criminal behaviour, he has, in effect rendered himself unemployed .. and should therefore not be entitled to any benefits of any kind ..

Hahahahaha - if that holds, it means Woolas won't get the jammy transitional payments the other leavers did.  Here's hoping.

Nor should he .. they at least lost their Seats in a General Election (someone else's choice) ..

Woolas brought about his own downfall .. Which he obviously knows .. and which is why he's seeking a Judicial Review, I think its called "Damage limitation" ..

I hope he fails on an astronomical scale ..
