Kerry McCarthy Guilty Of Electoral Fraud

Many of you will remember a post I did back in April about Kerry McCarthy illegally publishing postal vote results online, via her twatter account, a week before the General Election polling day. The results were also tweeted via the official Labour Party twitter feed ... here's a copy of a screen grab that I took at the time:

One of the regular commentors, here on G.O.T., helped me out by complaining directly to Avon and Somerset police at the time and, after nearly 6 months he has finally received this reply:

Dear Mr xxxx


Your communication regarding Ms Kerry McCarthy MP


I understand that you have expressed concerns or made a complaint about Ms McCarthy prematurely posting the results of a General Election postal ballot on Twitter. I hope you will accept our apologies for the delay in our response to you. As you would expect we had to carry out a thorough and complete investigation into this matter and it was further complicated by the need for it to be referred to a Special Case Team of the Crown Prosecution Service (CPS) in London who have specific responsibility for deciding on investigations involving the electoral process and operate completely independently of the police.


However, the case is now concluded and the CPS have advised that Ms McCarthy should receive a caution from Avon and Somerset Police. This took place at a Bristol Police Station today 25th October 2010.

Oh for fuck's sake!

I don't know about anyone else but I hardly think that a caution is sufficient for someone who is obviously guilty of electoral fraud, do you? Why should Kerry McCarthy, once heralded as the Labour Party Twitter twatter tsar by the pant pissing unelected prime mentalist, be allowed to sweep such a serious crime under the carpet like this.

Kerry McCarthy Fail (Again)

Kerry McCarthy, the dozy, brain dead, twittering, ex twatter tsar of twatting New Labour has been at it again. This time the electoral law flouting fuckette (what the fuck happened about that anyway) has tweeted this picture to her 6,200 followers:

Regardless of whether you think Cameron is or isn't a wanker you'd have thought that an honourable MP would have erred on the side of caution, before twatting an image like that around the internet.

Some might say that she's quite simply stupid or others that she's just displaying the typically arrogant attitude, that all 'members' of the Westminster Village seem to possess these days.

Me?

She's a cunt and so are all the cunts that voted for her.

Postal Vote Results For Bristol East. What? Already? Surely Not! +++Updated+++

Looks like Kerry McCarthy the twitter twat tsar has already, and apparently illegally, published some postal vote results online via her twatter account.

Kerry's tweet has now disappeared. No change there then.

However, the results were also tweeted on the official Labour Party twitter feed too and when I last checked, at 17:09, it was still there.

Guido is reporting that Bristol Electoral Services are looking into it as a matter of urgency and the Bristol Police have now received a complaint regarding breaches of Electoral Law.

The week just gets better and better.

A resignation in the offing perhaps?

Kerry McCarthy, the mentally disturbed twitter tsar twat, really has lost the last fucking dodgy marble, that she had left in that vacuous head of hers. Grim tells me that in a recent blog post of hers (which is entitled Brilliant Britain. WTF!) she informs us that:

A couple of days ago I thought it only right and proper that I should welcome the new Twattering Twitter Twat Tsar, Kerry 'suck my way up Labour's greasy pole' McCarthy, by sending her a Grumpy Old Twat twat.

Actually this was the second one that I sent, just to make sure that the deletion of the first one I twatted wasn't some kind of 'technical' problem on her part. No, sure enough, this fucker disappeared too.

Imagine my surprise then, when Kerry 'Madame Moderation' McCarthy, became a follower of my Twitter Twatter twattings about 5 minutes later!
