As a result of this appallingly brutal and cowardly attack.
6 fucking months! Is that all. He'll be out in 3.
And Wiltshire Police still haven't sacked him.
His laywer, Jeremy Barton, has already submitted appeal papers.
What. The. Fuck.

He is going to get slapped and dry bummed something rotten in prison.
They can't sack him until they've been through the disciplinary process...much the same as in any other job.
@Catosays... what ever happended to punishing the innocent and rewarding the guilty then?
On the bus to his new house by now I guess, sphincter twitching like a rabbits nose I wouldn't wonder.
Eh?
He'll no doubt be well protected for the few hours he remains there. The EU need all their cops out and about.
Says everything you need to know about this fucking shit hole of a fucking country!!!
He´ll shacked with that paki cunt in thier own private cell ?
A step in the right direction in cleansing our Nation of corrupt and violent police.
I don't see how he can only get 6 months .. for what amounts to ABH ...
He wont even serve 6 months 1 month tops.
Plus it will be in some open prison holiday camp.
Don't be surprised that he even gets his job back.
Remember they can murder innocence people on the tube and get promoted.
BTW please look at a related police tantrum. In response to a polite comment, the policeman blogger completely lost it a la Sgt Andrews. (It may be something in their tea.) Ckeck out blog 200weeks.police999.com

He obviously didn't find the following a "polite comment"!!!
"leading me to reflect upon how well male police dancers of his stature could throw a small woman around the floor."
Did you notice in one of the other posts that the US police have their own video site (BLUtube) hosted at PoliceOne.com? Unfortunately you have to register to post, and I somehow doubt that would be possible for members of the public....
I wonder what sentence i'd get if i threw a cunstable into a cell like that.
Not wanting to stick up for this fine policeman but what I can't help but wonder, what was that woman doing that made him so bloody mad? She seemed to be acting like a child throwing a hissy fit and lying on the floor rather than 'proceeding in an orderly fashion to her cell'... Also, why was she there in the first place?
Don't shout at me, I'm just wondering
link NFG, please retry.

She was presumed 'guilty' by an ignorant cunt PCSO with the subsequent backing of thug-pig 'Sgt' Mark Andrews who will, hopefully, be being arse gang-banged by Muzzie fanatics at this very moment.
Much longer video of events and written article here:

Three cheers for Rachael Webb
Six months because the case was only heard in a Magistrates' Court. Mags aren't allowed to impose a longer custodial sentence, simple as that. Supposedly they're supposed to bounce the case upwards first thing if they think the possible sentence in the event of a guilty verdict would be bigger than they're allowed. For whatever reason that didn't happen here and so it could never have been more than six months.
That showed me. I said here and elsewhere that I expected a non-custodial sentence or one so brief that the bastard wouldn't have time to learn the way out of his fucking cell before they released him. I really didn't expect the magistrates to go for the maximum six months they're able to give him, though I'm still not sure why they didn't bounce it up to a higher court with more sentencing power to begin with. Yes, as per G.O.T. it'll probably be three months because criminals usually serve half of what they're given at court unless they bend the governor over his desk and chuck one up his drain while they're inside. I can't hold the appeal against his lawyers, though. Yes, he's a cunt, but that's the whole point of the judicial system working the way it does - the best way to ensure that innocent people being in his shoes either because they're unlucky or they've been fitted up get fair treatment is to make it so that even complete cunts get it too.
No he won't.
He will go to the Verne, a prison that is specifically for ex coppers, ex solicitors and various others who were estabishment figures and could expect a hard time from other crimninals.
He will be well treated by the warders and others, I can assure you and his 3 months will be a breeze.
See now and while the poster may be slightl provocative, he does go OTT in his reply, but this shows how coppers with theor general air of arrogance and superiority have forgotten they are to serve us.
Cunts all.
Quite so,bravo that WPC; I had three police officers lie about me (see recent GOT post "police farce twattery") in court but took my solicitors advice, "never call the police liars because the Mags don't like it" and simply refuted their 'evidence', lying cunts.
Bugger! (Or not)
Did you all see the comment at the bottom of the STV link by Fascist Hippy does not surprise me in the least.
I have done a post about paedophilia stuff also being covered up here in Scotland which includes Gordon Brown at www.paisleyexpressions.blogspot.com
Terry Kelly is defending Brown in his latest post - some fun could be had by all by asking him why he defends such a sicko.
No she wasn't. She was there because she refused to do a breath test (which she is entitled to do). A PCSO cannot ask anyone to give a breath test and cannot arrest that person and take them to custody.
If an ABH had been commited by one member of the public to another, and it was a first offence, it would probably not be a custodial sentence. I know of a case where 5 (yes 5) youths beat up a shopkeeper for the sake of 2 cans of lager and put him in hospital. Despite overwhelming evidence (CCTV identifying them with matching clothes), none of them got custody. They had all had previous dealings with the police.
Police officers are assaulted all the time and very often it becomes ABH or common assault because the CPS wont go for a more serious charge of GBH. More often than not the offender is already known to the police for maybe beating you up or burglaring your house etc.
I am not defending Sgt Andrews but the lady is not the complete innocent she makes out. Also Sgt Andrews was handcuffed in the dock. Nowadays for most scrotes it is almost impossible to get permission to handcuff them.
Double standards?
The video is not available.
Police (especially my son-in-law) = CUNTS.
A fucking long one with full stops and everyhting!
That's what these rotten cops said in their defence, TSO, but I don't believe a word of it, myself! Since when is it an offence to sleep in your car 150 yards away from your own home because you had a row with your other half? =-O
If Cameron had any integrity he'd be getting rid of the fucking PCSO cunts - they are nothing but trouble for the law-abiding general public and about as useful as a one-legged man in an arse-kicking contest when it comes to dealing with a real emergency/crisis! >:o >:o >:o
I think of them not as PCSO, but as "Chocolate Teapots". :-P :-D :-D
Strange, that! ;)
Very fucking strange!!!!
A police officer is obliged to be polite to members of rhe public. Even those he is arresting. He is being paid. He has carefully screened for temperament, integrity, and intelligence. He is trained and monitored. He is at work, and should be alert and functioning.
A member of the public is NOT obliged to be polite, cooperative, or obedient to a police officer, even if under arrest. They are, so far, innocent of any crime, and they are not there voluntarily. They may be tired, pissed, emotional, and they are entitled to be a bit cross! They are not at work! You are not paying them, they don't have to meet YOUR standards!
Sorry, atheist ranter. I didn't mean to shout.
But they are not your masters, or mine.
