Back in a former life, when I used to write the odd headline or two, I used to pray (ouch) for a picture like this to come along :
It made the job so much easier and so much fun. Set the pun-o-meter to max and fill yer fucking boots, the possibilities for mockery are endless. The above pic appeared today on the
front page of The Sun and in the
accompanying article, about who's going to replace the unelected knob jockey, they've certainly gone to town on the puns.
Thy will be gone, oh Gord, altar ego, praying for a miracle, etc.etc,
However, on this occasion I've decided to give the puns a miss (thank fuck for that I hear you say) and I fired up the
photoshop cuntshop instead because I suddenly remembered another photo of a
stained glass window that's been doing the rounds lately ......
There.
That's better ;-)

The very picosecond that I saw the top pic I imagined the second. Thank goodness somebody has photoshop to make it so. A miracle.
Stained Glass!! it is with that mealy mouthed twat in front of it.
Priceless GOT my first big grin this morning, thank you kindly!
Razor sharp as usual.
The second image was captured on film by Geoffrey Robinson some years ago.

Thanks OR
I'd forgotten all about that Geoffrey Robinson story from 1999. I wonder if those 'actual' pictures will see the light of day once Gordon 'takes his leave' on Friday ;-)
Tut tut Gotty. Marvellous. :)
He's obviously imagining himself as the altar boy, and has his mouth open, ready for what he's about to receive....
Not sure where i should have put this,so here will do.

@Bill & Hatty
You're welcome, glad to be of service ;-)
Rosie
Tut tut indeed although I have to admit it was the big boys. They made me do it ;-)
@Microdave
..... may Gord be truly thankful ;-)
@Anon 13:30
Excellent!
I've duly added it to the 'Anyone But Gordon Poster Page' for everyone to see ;-)
You've probably seen it, but if not Brokeback Britain compares old clips of Brown making pronouncements against what happened and what he said later.
Good use of archives.
Excellent thought..and great work with the editing!!
ROFL...lots!!
WoaR
Great link, hadn't seen that before. As relevant today as it was back then.
Thanks ;-)

Cheers and I'd be lying if I said I didn't have a chuckle while I was doing it ;-)
Oh Lord I commit my ego to your tender care.
Excellent! You know I would happily dance on that c*** Browns's grave for what he has done to Britain.
You inventiveness knows no bounds, that second pic should go far.
