Excellent vid from Mish Masher; sadly, though predictably, Home Slagretary Hariett 'hitnrun' Harman is not being prosecuted for the major charge of driving away from an accident and failing to report herself to the Police within 24 hours which can attract a gaol sentence.
She's only been charged with 'phone driving' which will be a fine and three points at best. Let's face it, the old slapper must have had some other reason for crashing into a stationary car, everyone else manages to 'phone while driving perfectly easily.
