Hit & Run Harman ++Update++

Harriet 'Hit & Run' Harman is being investigated for driving without due care and attention, driving while illegally using a mobile phone and failing to stop after an accident, the most serious of the three offences. I dare say she'll still come out (pun intended) with the usual excuse about it being within the twatting rules, blah blah fucking blah.

So that'll be yet another reason not to Vote Labia then.

So next time the police want to question you, try saying " It'll have to wait until after an incredibly important conferance Officer and, by the way, do you know who I am "

Bet the Police will have lots of fun forensically examing her phone ( or will that be banned for National security ? ).

This is great news.

Fleeing the scene after saying: 'I'm Harriet Harman, you know where to find me.'

The book better be thrown at her, or I'll be very annoyed.

Don't forget, it was Labour who passed the No Hand-Held Mobiles law (with which I've much sympathy) but really, it's so much a matter of common sense that Hitandrun should need any laws to tell her not to do it. How responsible and thoughtful is that?

ROSPA advise:

On 1 December 2003, a law, “The Road Vehicles (Construction and Use) (Amendment) (No. 4) Regulations 2003”, came into force to prohibit drivers using a hand-held mobile phone, or similar device, while driving.

The penalties were initially a fixed penalty of £30 or a fine of up to £1,000 if the offender goes to court (£2,500 for drivers of goods vehicles or passenger carrying vehicles with 9 or more passenger seats).

From 27th Februrary 2007, the penalty for using a hand-held mobile phone whilst driving increased to £60 and three penalty points added to the drivers' licence.

The Definition of Driving
A person is “driving” even if the vehicle is stationary but the engine is running.

(Obviously there are exemptions for certain emergencies, but just being Hitandrun Harman is not going to count as one.)

Very obviously doing a hit & run like this prevents any nasty breathlyser/blood testing for drink or drugs. Something to hide Ms Harparson?

I ride a motorbike.
Drivers that use phones whilst driving kill people like me every day - this is no exaggeration.
I consider anybody that drives whilst using a phone a potential threat to my safety and I reserve the right to defend myself against an illegal threat.

So it looks like one law for the ruling elite and another for everybody else.
Driving and phoning makes you scum - get on out of your protective cage and try two wheels then see if you ever use a phone again.
Vermin - all of them.

Absolutely love your "Hit and run Harman" label G.O.T! This dreadful woman is another example of those sickly socialist Labour hubristic hypocrites, but knowing this fucking filthy corrupt regime, she'll stay in her job and " I'm the son of the Manse with the moral compass that leads the government of all the talents and saved the world" Gordon fucking Brown will wheel out all the usual excuses. These Stalinist Communist cunts just have no idea how deeply hated they really are! Fucking hang the lot of'em for treason!

It will never get to court, she is a member of the ruling elite and so laws do not apply to them.
